Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most items ship within 2-5 business days from when the original order was placed. At DiscoSplit, we understand that speedy shipping is important to our customers, and we do our best to source products that are closest to the shipping address.
It is important to note that some of our products are sourced from outside the U.S. and may take longer to get to you.
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping to many countries, but not all.
Countries we are UNABLE to ship to include:
Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, North Korea, Russia, Samoa, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen
Order Issues
How will I know when my order has shipped?
DiscoSplit will send you an initial confirmation e-mail for the original purchase and will then send an additional e-mail letting you know when your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
Your shipping notification email will include a tracking link which will direct you to the specific carrier. As soon as an order is shipped and out for delivery, the status will depend on the carrier's service.
Return Policy
What is your return & exchange policy?
All sales are final.
Our printing partner utilizes quality control assurance and only ships printed merchandise that meets the formal quality standards established by the company.
However, we understand that events during shipping can cause damage and we are willing to exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
DiscoSplit does not guarantee Poster and Print products from fading and will not replace or refund.
To keep your poster looking vibrant for years to come, avoid hanging it in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to UV rays can cause colors to fade more quickly, even on high-quality prints. For best results, display your in shaded indoor spaces away from harsh light
